Using our apps
You can use our apps on any Mac you own or look after, at home or at work. Installing one means you accept these terms.
Don’t sell, rent or share copies of our apps, or present them as your own. The apps, their code, names, icons and designs belong to Daniel Duke, who trades as Little Victories. All rights reserved.
Hermes Audio
Hermes connects and disconnects Bluetooth headphones and changes your Mac’s sound output. Take Over asks your other Mac to disconnect the headphones, and if you’ve turned the setting on, Hermes disconnects them when your Mac locks or sleeps. Anyone with your link code can disconnect your headphones too, so keep it to your own Macs, and use the code Hermes makes rather than one you’ve made up.
If something goes wrong
We test our apps carefully, but we can’t promise they’ll work with every pair of headphones or every version of macOS. If you’ve paid for one, the law entitles you to an app that works as described, and nothing here takes that away.
Liability
If you use our apps as a consumer, we’re responsible for losses you suffer that were a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We’re not responsible for losses nobody could have foreseen.
If you use them for your business, we’re not liable for lost profits, business or data, and our total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you paid, whichever is more.
Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer aren’t affected.

Changes and contact
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Changes apply to versions released after that date. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and if you’re a consumer you can bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK. Any questions, email info@littlevictori.es.
